Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrate good knowledge of US GAAP, accounting procedures, taxation, and other statutory matters.
- Show excellent communication skills, relationship-building, and leadership abilities.
- Possess hands-on experience in QuickBooks, Zoho, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Immediate joiner, qualified or semi-qualified CA/CMA.
- Experience in IT/service sector.
- Knowledge of US and Indian taxes.
Essential Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of finance/accounts experience with 2-3 years of people management experience.
- Strong financial and accounting background with a passion for helping teams advance.
- Commerce graduate, preferably qualified or semi-qualified CA/CMA.
