Job Title: Cost Management Professional

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our cost engineering function and drive business growth in Pune, India. This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can develop and execute global procurement functional strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for procurement processes to support business growth targets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on resource planning, competency development, and should costing of electrical parts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 13-15 years of experience in manufacturing, with 5-6 years of should cost experience and 3-4 years of team management experience.
  • Expert knowledge of design for manufacture & assembly, customer relationship management, gap analysis, spend analysis, and MS Office applications.

  • Leadership skills, result-driven mindset, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Change management, decision-making, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
