Job Title: Project Director

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the organization's health strategy, with a strong focus on strengthening primary care systems and institutions.

This key position requires strategic leadership to drive organizational objectives forward. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to navigate complex health initiatives with ease.

A comprehensive understanding of quality frameworks such as NABH, NQAS, JCI, etc., is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning & Implementation
  • Develop and execute project plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Program Management
  • Oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Institutional Engagement
  • Foster partnerships with academic medical institutions, medical research organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships to drive collaborative efforts and knowledge sharing.
Internal Processes
  • Lead the development and implementation of internal processes, including MIS, LFA, Fluxx, Internal Audit, and Annual Work Plan.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operations within the organization.
Grant Reviews & Compliance
  • Assist the Theme Head in reviewing grant requests and partnership opportunities.
  • Evaluate proposals for alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulations.
Professional Development & Support
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Programme Officers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Support the growth and development of team members through training and capacity-building programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably an MBA or MPH.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
