The Founder's Office plays a pivotal role in driving our organization's success. It serves as the nexus where strategic vision meets tactical execution, ensuring that innovative ideas are transformed into measurable outcomes.
As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founder, gaining exposure across various facets of the business, including strategy, operations, partnerships, and execution. This role combines the responsibilities of a chief of staff, operator, and problem-solver.
About This RoleThis is not an administrative position. Rather, it is a hands-on role that provides a seat at the table where strategy and action converge.

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Execution: Work closely with the founder to drive priorities forward, turning ideas into structured projects with clear outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with teams across sales, operations, marketing, and events to ensure seamless execution and zero drop-offs.
- Client & Partner Engagement: Serve as a trusted point of contact for key prospects, clients, and partners, ensuring conversations translate into lasting relationships.
- Insights & Reporting: Track outcomes, measure impact, and prepare concise reports to inform the founder's decision-making.
- Project Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of specific initiatives, whether that involves a new growth experiment, customer success project, or strategic partnership.
- Quality & Standards: Continuously audit and elevate customer experience, service delivery, and internal processes.
SUCCESS in this role can lead to opportunities in leadership positions across strategy, operations, partnerships, or even P&L-owning roles in the future. You will develop skills that position you as a future founder, CXO, or senior operator.
