  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics, candidate status, and market trends to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Talent Acquisition Manager is required.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
