Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Technical Lead. This is a critical position that requires expertise in leading cross-functional teams and driving technical innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • To architect and design solutions for products and projects, ensuring seamless delivery and sustenance.
  • To support as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • To stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices, ensuring our solutions meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • To train and develop team members, ensuring an adequate supply of trained manpower and mitigating delivery risks.
  • To gather specifications and deliver solutions to clients based on domain or technology understanding.
  • To review project deliverables and ensure they meet quality and client requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software development and leadership.
  • Expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
