Job Description:

As a seasoned Continuous Improvement Professional, you will drive impactful improvements and foster a culture of continuous progress across functions and regions. You will execute strategic improvement initiatives and projects that drive organizational growth, enhance workforce capability, and demonstrate breakthrough continual improvements.

You will articulate client value proposition to drive high-value outcomes for their businesses and collaborate with senior executive stakeholders to identify, initiate, and steer projects towards successful outcomes.

Additionally, you will motivate and lead large cross-sections of the organization through the CI journey and propose solutions to improve processes through structured methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer, IT engineering, or a comparable degree program
  • Mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
  • High-level exposure to RPA, Process Mining, and other emerging technologies, and the ability to drive digital transformation projects effectively
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large-scale improvement projects
