Area Sales Executive

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated region, acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and collaborating with channel partners to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Individual Contribution: Drive new business through strong individual commitment and dedication.
- Customer Acquisition: Take ownership of a region and acquire new customers by building relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting our value proposition.
- Customer Retention and Upgrade: Retain existing customers by providing exceptional service, addressing their concerns, and enhancing business value within their portfolio.
- Marketing and Activation: Organize and execute marketing and learner activation activities in your region to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Channel Development: Identify, develop, and manage channel partners to generate new business or influence sales.
- Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and channel partners according to agreed terms.
- A graduate from any stream.
- An MBA/PGDBM degree is preferable but not mandatory.
- 4-6 years of B2B2C sales experience.
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is a plus, but not required.
