Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist with a strong technology background to drive our digital growth strategy. This role demands an expert in paid marketing, data-driven decision-making, and budget optimization. You will oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and growth at scale.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budget to achieve business KPIs.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, Display Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and Retargeting campaigns.
  • Leverage data analytics, AI-driven insights, and automation tools to enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and creative teams to optimize ad performance and landing page experience.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance customer acquisition.
  • Monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other key performance metrics, ensuring sustainable scaling.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging digital marketing innovations.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance marketing team.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing within a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and delivering strong ROI.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Advertising, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, audience targeting, and personalization techniques.
  • Experience working with MarTech and AdTech stacks for data-driven campaign execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
