Product Development Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to ensure seamless transitions from design, sampling, to bulk production while tracking raw materials, approving samples, and maintaining project timelines.

This role involves acting as a liaison between designers and manufacturers to guarantee every collection meets high-quality standards, delivered on schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting our creative vision into well-executed products, meeting established deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches.
  • Monitor and track product development progress, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sample approvals and manage inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of product development progress and milestones.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and collaborations with designers and manufacturers.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
