As a Senior Innovation Developer, you will play a key role in shaping products that meet high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Perform detailed design calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure products meet market needs and quality benchmarks.
  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and cost optimization.
  • Tech Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of technical aspects, including research methodologies, product development processes, and relevant technologies.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to validation, ensuring products meet quality standards and market needs.
  • Cost Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost reduction projects and implement process improvements.
  • Design Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation as per new product development and release procedures.
  • Material Evaluation: Responsible for evaluating and approving new materials, and supporting operations for handling quality issues related to raw materials.
  • Change Management: Adhere to change management processes defined by company guidelines.
  • Customer Requirements: Address customer requirements from automotive specifications and find new or alternate material suppliers.
  • Audit Support: Handle UL, VDE, CQC, BIS, IATF audits and their requirements, and provide technical support to the Quality department.
  • PPAP Compliance: Experience with PPAP documentation and responsible for RCA with head of quality tools DFMEA.
