Job Description

This role oversees the daily financial management and statutory compliance for Loch Corporate Services Private Limited. The Manager is responsible for managing accounting systems and processes, preparing financial statements, monitoring expenses and cash flow, and coordinating with the Australian finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Set up and manage accounting systems, prepare financial statements, monitor expenses and cash flow.
  • Payroll and Taxation: Oversee employee payroll processing, ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, tax, and provident fund laws.
  • Insurance and Risk Management: Lead the procurement, review, and renewal of essential business insurance policies.
  • Procurement and Office Operations: Manage procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, and office supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field, preferably CA/CPA/MBA. A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in finance, accounting, or business operations is required.

Strong working knowledge of Indian labour law, tax compliance, and statutory reporting is necessary. Familiarity with risk management and insurance procurement, particularly in service-sector businesses, is also desired.
