Job Opportunity:

We seek an exceptional Project Leader to oversee cross-functional teams and ensure the successful completion of projects on schedule.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Determine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Analyze project performance using suitable tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as required.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with formal project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience leading remote or cross-functional teams.
  • Awareness of budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
