
Sales Professional with Excellent Communication Skills

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling leads provided in the CRM, understanding their requirements for career up-skilling, and pitching the right course as per their needs.
You will consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives by proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers. Additionally, you will identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling leads and understanding their requirements for career up-skilling.
- Pitching the right course as per customer needs.
- Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
- Ability to plan and execute.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.
- At least 12 months of sales experience (Edtech background only).
