Job Description

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling leads provided in the CRM, understanding their requirements for career up-skilling, and pitching the right course as per their needs.

You will consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives by proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers. Additionally, you will identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Calling leads and understanding their requirements for career up-skilling.
  2. Pitching the right course as per customer needs.
  3. Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
  4. Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
  5. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.
  • At least 12 months of sales experience (Edtech background only).
