Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess risks in our Private Bank
  • Design and implement controls to mitigate risks
  • Develop and test key procedures
  • Create and review key risk indicators
  • Register risk events and manage incident reports
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A 2:1 degree from a top university
  • 6+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management (essential)
  • Practical experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
