Key Responsibilities

Hosting Environment Support

We are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining application environments (Database, Application, Report, and Client tiers).

We perform environment refresh, patching, and upgrades as per project and business requirements.

Environment Compliance

We ensure environments adhere to IT security and audit requirements.

Monitoring & Incident Management

We monitor system performance, logs, and scheduled jobs to guarantee high availability.

We troubleshoot and resolve hosting issues in coordination with infrastructure, DBA, and application teams.

We handle incident, problem, and change management according to ITIL processes.

User & Access Management:

We manage user provisioning, roles, and access rights in compliance with security policies.

We configure LDAP/SFTP connections for secure authentication and data transfer.

Backup, Recovery & Compliance

We ensure regular backups and disaster recovery readiness for application environments.

We support IQ/OQ validation documentation and execution during deployments or upgrades.

We provide support for internal/external audits by maintaining SOPs and compliance records.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

We work with cross-functional teams (DBA, Infrastructure, Validation, Security) to resolve hosting issues.Document configurations, procedures, and environment details in knowledge repositories.

We provide shift handovers and on-call support for production-critical environments.
