Art Instructor Position

We are currently hiring for the following slots: Art Instructors to teach children from age 4-14 online. As an Art Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching a variety of art subjects including painting, drawing and sketching.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online in a fun and engaging manner
  • Ensure that students enjoy the course by creating an interactive learning environment
  • Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals through personalized feedback and coaching
  • Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement based on assessment data
  • Conduct Demo Sessions with students to showcase best practices and ensure conversions
  • Conduct group and private lessons as required to meet the needs of all students

Qualifications / Experience Required:

  • A formal education in Arts (Painting/Drawing/Sketching) is essential
  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching expertise is necessary to deliver effective lessons
  • Experience in teaching Arts and relevant teaching experience (1+ years) is required
  • A plus would be experience in the usage of technology in education

Skill Requirements:

  • Good English Communication Skills are necessary to effectively communicate with students and colleagues
  • Must have experience in online teaching and be comfortable using digital tools
  • Must have access to strong internet services (Wi-Fi not mobile Hotspot) and reliable power backup source
  • Should be available for teaching 6 days a week and engage students in learning
  • Passion for making learning fun and enjoyable is essential
