The Head of Investor Relations will lead the development and implementation of an investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's objectives. The position involves acting as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, ensuring timely communication.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports, investor presentations, and earnings announcements to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

You will monitor market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging across various channels.

A successful candidate should have a CA/MBA degree with 14-20 years of post-qualification experience in the real estate/infrastructure sector.

Key skills required include strong knowledge of financial markets and investor relations practices, effective stakeholder relationship management, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
