Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests with precision and accuracy.
  • Handle, store, and process biological samples with the utmost care.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Record and analyze test results accurately and efficiently.
  • FOLLOW safety and quality control protocols at all times.
  • Support senior pathologists and lab staff in diagnostic work, providing expert assistance when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a diagnostic laboratory is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of focus under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards.
