Lead AI/ML Engineer

We're looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead our AI and Machine Learning initiatives.

  • In this role, you'll combine strategic vision with technical depth to lead a team of engineers in implementing AI-powered applications at scale.
  • You'll have expertise in evaluating LLM applications, developing observability frameworks for scalable AI model lifecycle management, and driving cloud-native AI deployments leveraging AWS, Azure, and GCP AI services.
  • Your responsibilities will include architecting LLMOps pipelines for edge and hybrid AI deployments, implementing AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks for regulated industries, and mentoring and managing AI engineers.
  • You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into AI-powered products, strategize GenAI or ML solution architecture across cloud, edge, and hybrid environments, research and implement latest technology and frameworks, and lead design and implementation of RAG-based knowledge systems and agentic AI workflows.
  • We require an 8–15 year experienced technology leader with 4+ years in AI/ML and 2+ years in GenAI.
  • You should have proven leadership in cloud AI architectures, strong expertise in RAG architectures, embeddings, and semantic search, advanced knowledge of vector stores, distributed search, and multi-modal AI, and proficiency in edge AI deployments and low-latency AI inference optimization.
  • Expertise in cloud networking, identity, and security for AI workloads is also necessary, as well as a strong understanding of AI product lifecycle, from ideation to production.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills are essential.
