Cluster Manager Job Opportunity

This role is centered around managing partnerships and alliances with Vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), local officials, and dealers. It involves engaging in direct field work to source Electric Vehicle (EV) fleet customers within the local EV market. Additionally, this position requires analyzing regional market trends to identify new opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities include managing Region rollouts and onboarding partners, as well as leading monthly sales planning with partners and their lead funnels.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, local officials, and dealers to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to source EV fleet customers within the local market.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Oversee Region rollouts and partner onboarding processes.
  • Lead monthly sales planning sessions with partners and manage lead funnels.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail loan sales and collections for a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
  • Ability to travel extensively for market engagement.
  • Experience in vehicle finance, particularly in new or used commercial vehicles.

  • Proactive and independent individual looking to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert sales data into actionable insights using computers and mobile apps.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a go-getter attitude.

Other Requirements:

  • Fluency in the local language is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with sales staff and customers in the local language.
