Role: Financial Associate

As a Financial Associate, you'll work alongside pioneers from top tech companies to build and scale next-gen ventures, ensuring financial discipline and strategic insights that power high-growth businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare MIS reports and P&L statements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and statutory filings.
  • Assist in audits and financial documentation.
  • Work closely with business teams to provide financial insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce or professional qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally or similar accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot).
