Job Title: US Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our recruitment team as a US Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work night shifts.

  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for US clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering/architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
