Job Overview

This role focuses on implementing responsible sourcing strategies across product design, development, and procurement processes.

  • Issue Remediation Management: Oversee the audit program, including industry audit schemes and supplier compliance questionnaires.
  • Upstream Prevention: Implement upstream mitigation and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Downstream Mitigation and Exit: Develop downstream capacity-building programs.

Manage digital platforms, ensuring data and scorecards are current. Communicate feedback to stakeholders. Manage all supplier training.

Requirements

At least 15 years of experience in supply chain management and a supplier-focused role. Strong understanding of Supply Chain Compliance, business partnering, operational modeling, process optimization, data analytics, and training expertise.

Expertise in supplier relations, auditing, and capacity-building training. Knowledge of supplier code of conduct requirements. Relevant experience with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) practices. Strong background in program management, people management, and stakeholder engagement.
