Lead UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UI Designer to join our dynamic team.

  • This role involves leading dynamic projects with collaborative teams that leverage the latest technologies.
  • Travel for client engagements in India and abroad is an essential commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Job Description:

The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, building a scalable design system, adept with working with an Agile methodology, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs.

You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

This is a hybrid role where you are expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in UI design.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
