Marketing Operations Coordinator

At Newparts, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Coordinator to drive marketing operations projects, improve efficiency, and keep teams on track with timelines and goals.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Jira, have experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and bring strong project management and communication skills. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a significant plus but not required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Workflow Coordination:
- Lead project planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing operations across teams.
- Use Jira to track projects, sprints, milestones, and deliverables.
- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to improve project efficiency.
- Team Collaboration & Communication:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, creative, analytics, and leadership teams.
- Clearly communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilize Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to generate reports and visualize project performance and marketing KPIs.
- Use data insights to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and recommend process improvements.
- Marketing Operations Support:
- Oversight of the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions, and content rollouts across eCommerce channels.
- Evaluate marketing initiatives for alignment with company goals, budget, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and implement solutions to address challenges.
- Documentation & Process Improvement:
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and SOPs.
- Standardize workflows for marketing projects to drive scalability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven Project Management Experience:
- 3+ years managing marketing or eCommerce projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
- Tools & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Jira or other project management tools.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and collaboration platforms.
- Communication & Leadership:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
- Automotive or eCommerce industry experience is a huge plus.
