Job Description

Our ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with expertise in system design, development, and deployment. They will possess a strong understanding of modern database technologies, including NoSQL, Distributed RDBMS, and In-memory databases.

The successful candidate will have advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, and similar technologies. They will also have hands-on experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools.

We are looking for a team player who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in system design, application development, and operational stability.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with modern database technologies including NoSQL, Distributed RDBMS, and In-memory databases.
  • Advanced proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IAC tools.
  • Proven ability in automation, continuous delivery, and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in technical architecture and development.

Preferred qualifications include certifications related to database technologies or software engineering. Previous experience in a senior leadership role focused on database management is also a plus. Experience in deploying and managing databases in cloud environments is desirable.
