Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Tester

As a key member of our testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Software Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and resolving defects, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • In-depth analysis of functional and non-functional requirements to identify test cases and create test scenarios.
  • Design, document, and execute test procedures in JIRA and Zephyr (test case management).
  • Collaboration with project management, development, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Maintenance of accurate and detailed records of testing activities, including test results and defect reports.
  • Identification and resolution of technical issues through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribution to process improvements and best practices within the testing team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in C# programming language.
  • Familiarity with mobile and web testing methodologies.
  • Experience with JIRA and Zephyr (test case management) tools.
