About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Support Lead to join our IOS OPS team. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking and supply chain finance, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supply Chain Finance
  • Support the origination and structuring of syndicated loans.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure timely release of transactions.
  • Enforce operational procedures and controls.
Workflow Management:
  • Assign work to affected staff members, setting priorities, time limits, and critical task objectives.
  • Reconcile and account for all incoming items/work and 'processed output' in accordance with established procedures and controls.

Quality Control and Customer Service:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff members relating to review SCF transaction terms and conditions.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, front/middle offices, internal auditors, and correspondent banks, providing accurate and timely information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a banking environment with ability to supervise and guide staff.
  • Ability to support and provide teamwork with focus on quality and prompt customer service.
