Job Description:

As a Lead Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing recurring and ad-hoc reporting using Excel and other tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses to uncover hidden trends and optimization opportunities that impact business outcomes.
  • Designing, building, and managing interactive dashboards (Tableau/ Power BI) to enhance visibility and decision-making for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing operational support to the team in terms of account mapping, territory allocation, audits, data checks & maintenance, and other internal planning processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Performing whitespace and funnel conversion analysis to identify market opportunities and guide expansion efforts.
  • Supporting segment-level, territory-level, and industry-level insights to inform business decisions.
  • Addressing ad-hoc analytical requests that inform acquisition and growth strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Data analytics and experience working with large sets of data & tools including Excel & SQL.
