About the Role

The Talent Growth Catalyst will spearhead a high-performing team of Education Partnership Ambassadors (Mobilisers) in a target-driven leadership role. This involves recruiting, on-boarding, and managing teams to drive state-wise recruitment and certification targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, hire, and lead dynamic teams of Education Partnership Ambassadors (Mobilisers).
  • Drive state-wise recruitment and certification targets by building strong networks in preschools, schools, and associations.
  • Build partnerships with school owners, associations, and key influencers for smooth program adoption.
  • Train, motivate, and mentor mobilisers to maximise outreach and effectiveness.
  • Monitor mobiliser performance, maintain recruitment pipelines, and share regular reports with leadership.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
  • 5–7 years' experience in target-driven recruitment, field sales, or channel-building roles.
  • Excellent command over English and regional language (spoken & written).
  • Comfortable with MS Office, CRM platforms, and exposure to AI tools for recruitment.
  • Growth-driven, self-starter, critical thinker with leadership skills.
