Job Overview

The Senior IT Systems Engineer will play a pivotal role in the deployment, support, and maintenance of our applications and products within cloud environments and at customer sites.

This individual will collaborate with architects, developers, and DevOps teams to enhance the integration of Artifactory and related services into the software development lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex maintenance, upgrades, and support initiatives across multiple services.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual intervention across supported systems.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for system configurations, administrative procedures, and user-facing support materials.
  • Respond to and manage service escalations across supported services, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and system performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining JFrog Artifactory, including user provisioning.
  • Skilled in integrating Artifactory with build tools and pipelines, such as Maven, Jenkins, Electric Flow, and Docker, ensuring seamless artifact management within CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong experience in Linux system administration, including proficiency with Bash scripting for automation and system management tasks.
  • Highly responsible, adaptable, and collaborative team player with strong initiative and clear communication skills.
