Leadership Role

This is a key leadership position overseeing fabrication activities across multiple units. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of production planning, customer requirements, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the fabrication team to ensure timely project completion, adherence to quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement fabrication strategies aligned with production plans and customer requirements.
  • Maintain close collaboration with design, procurement, planning, and quality departments for seamless execution.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (productivity, utilization, rejection rates, etc.).
  • Foster a culture of process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Ensure effective planning of manpower, machine loading, and material availability.
  • Mentor the fabrication team to address skill gaps and enhance performance.
  • Manage documentation, reports, and audit readiness.
  • Oversee subcontracting activities and vendor performance, if applicable.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in structural, pressure vessel, or equipment fabrication.
  • Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, codes, and standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, fabrication software/tools, and production planning systems.
