We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to fill a key role that requires coordination, partnership building and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with local NGOs to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Build partnerships with government stakeholders to drive community development.
  • Conduct city-level consultation workshops to engage with communities and stakeholders.
  • Manage project finances and financial tracking to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Lead monitoring and report writing for the team to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement programmes in select slums to address community needs.

For this role we are looking for someone with 8-10 years of relevant experience in climate resilience or related fields. The ideal candidate will have strong government liaison and networking skills proficiency in Excel budgeting and report writing as well as a graduate or master's degree.

A background in gender and women's leadership is desirable but not essential.
