Job Description

We are seeking a talented 2D Animator/Illustrator to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing and animating high-quality 2D assets for games, activities, and interactive content tailored to neurodiverse children.

  • Design engaging animations and illustrations that cater to the needs of neurodiverse children.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style guide to ensure adaptability across projects.
  • Collaborate with therapists and product teams to bring their requirements to life through captivating visuals.
  • Prepare files for animation by grouping, layering, and optimizing them for performance and responsiveness.
  • Export deliverables in multiple formats to meet client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, CorelDraw, and Procreate.
  • A strong understanding of responsive and performance-optimized design/animation.
  • The ability to create both simple and complex character animations.
  • Familiarity with Lottie workflows; Rive proficiency is a plus.
