Motion Graphics Designer
- We are seeking an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. This individual will be responsible for bringing concepts to life with high-impact motion design, animation, and visual storytelling that aligns with brand strategy and marketing goals.
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, video content, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, video editors, and strategists to deliver compelling visual narratives.
- Translate campaign concepts into engaging motion design assets (2D/3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos, etc.).
- Work with brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and storyboarding.
- Optimize motion assets for different digital platforms (web, mobile, OTT, etc.).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation tools, and advertising techniques.
- 5+ years of proven experience in motion graphics design, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects, including commercial and campaign work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling through animation.
- Familiarity with video editing, sound design, and basic compositing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
