Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth, expand market share, and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, referrals, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and target industries to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
Sales Outreach and Follow-ups:

Establish and maintain direct contact with prospective clients via phone calls, video meetings, and emails. Schedule product demos, sales presentations, or consultations to explain our offerings. Timely follow-ups will move leads through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.

Product and Market Knowledge:

Gain in-depth understanding of our products, services, pricing, and value proposition. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Communicate product benefits clearly and confidently to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build strong and long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs. Act as a point of contact before and after the sales closure to ensure smooth onboarding or handover. Maintain a positive and professional image of the company in all interactions.

Sales Closure and Reporting:

Collaborate with sales managers or account executives to close deals and negotiate contracts where necessary. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on leads, opportunities, and sales performance.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Work closely with marketing teams for campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing. Provide feedback from the market and clients to product and marketing teams for improvements. Coordinate with customer service or onboarding teams post-sale to ensure client satisfaction.
