This is a senior-level role that requires both hands-on development and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of hybrid mobile and desktop applications using .NET MAUI with Blazor.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure REST APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Web APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance across platforms and ensure smooth user experiences.
- Integrate and manage databases including MS SQL Server and MS SQLite for various use cases.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications hosted on Azure and on-premises environments.
- Manage and maintain code repositories using Azure Repos and implement CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
- Ensure high code quality through automated testing and code reviews.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and act as a technical lead on projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in .NET, Blazor, MAUI, and cloud technologies.
Required Skillsets:
- Strong expertise in .NET MAUI Blazor Hybrid application development.
- Deep understanding of MS SQL Server and MS SQLite for both mobile and web use.
- Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with ASP.NET Web APIs.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and on-premises hosting.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Pipelines, and Repos.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience with debugging, profiling, and troubleshooting application performance issues.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines using YAML scripts.
- Knowledge of NuGet package (NuPkg) creation and management.
- Experience in resolving deployment and runtime issues in hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with mobile performance optimization and cross-platform challenges.
