Our organization seeks a seasoned Technical Architect to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, as well as exceptional leadership, coding skills, and architectural design abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications through strategic design and architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Establish best practices for Java, Spring Boot, and AWS-based applications.
  • Provide guidance on microservices architecture, API design, and integration strategies.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and reference architectures for critical initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native designs.
  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor developers and review code/design for adherence to architectural principles.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Developer in large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot framework.
  • Deep knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Proficiency in database design (SQL & NoSQL), caching strategies (Redis/Memcached), and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Terraform, Ansible).
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns, system integration, and architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
