Job Title: Senior Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented French language specialist to support our procurement operations, including requisition reviews, supplier communication, and RFQ creation.

This role involves translating and communicating effectively in French and English, supporting internal teams with French documentation and communication, collaborating with cross-functional teams across global locations, and maintaining data accuracy and following internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate and communicate effectively in French and English

Required Qualifications:

  • French language certification – Minimum B2 level
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of procurement/supply chain concepts
  • Experience in procurement systems is a plus
