Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

The successful implementation of a Human Capital Management (HCM) solution is critical for any business. As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective integration of the Client's HCM solution.

You will provide expert guidance and support to end-users, working closely with them to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the solution. You will take direction from the Project Manager assigned to your project and provide regular status updates as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.)
  • Demonstrating a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design
  • Developing functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions
  • Performing system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing
  • Providing expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Actively contributing to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Translating business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions
  • Driving process improvements and recommending innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Having good technical experience like data model of HCM Schemas, plsql, would be beneficial
  • Working with technical streams and providing mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports
  • Assisting in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects
  • Hands-on experience for at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, especially in modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL
  • Familiarity with the implementation process and ability to provide technical and functional support to end-users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Oracle certifications are a plus
