Senior Design Engineer Position

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Design Engineer to spearhead memory compiler and digital circuit development for next-generation Cores.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize memory compilers and Fast Cache instances for high-performance applications
  • Create digital circuits for memory blocks such as SRAM, register files, and caches
  • Conduct thorough simulations and verification to ensure accurate functionality and optimal power, performance, area, timing, and yield

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SRAM/memory design with expertise in margin, char, and quality checks
  • Strong understanding of physical implementation impact on circuit performance
  • Proven track record as a lead designer responsible for a memory design project

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working on Cadence or Synopsys flows
  • Circuit simulation and optimization skills for standard cells
