Lead Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Design Expert to join our team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and talented individual to take on a key role in driving the success of our engineering and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing design leadership and guidance to junior architects and engineers;
  • Developing and implementing architectural designs and plans for various building, metro, infrastructure design projects;
  • Preparing and presenting technical reports, drawings, and presentations to clients and stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including MEP and Structural design teams, to ensure seamless project delivery;
  • Managing budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed within scope and to high quality standards;
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant design codes and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of overall experience in architecture and engineering;
  • Experience in using BIM (preferably Revit Architecture) and proficiency in AutoCAD;
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to travel as required.
