Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic admissions leader to spearhead the admissions strategy and process for our all-girls school.

  • Develop and execute annual admission strategies to achieve enrollment objectives.
  • Manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to student onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents, students, and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the school at educational fairs, open houses, and other promotional events.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Master's degree in Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in school admissions, preferably in leading residential or international schools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment goals.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and modern outreach strategies.
