As a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-friendly experiences that meet the evolving needs of our learners.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to inform design decisions.

You will translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, while maintaining consistency through design systems, style guides, and UI components.

Close collaboration with the engineering team is essential to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of the intended user experience.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to define user flows and design decisions.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the intended user experience.
  • Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer in a digital-first company.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or higher education platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or similar).
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
