Business Solution Expert

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to work on various projects worldwide.

  • Configure and customize D365 F&O modules (Sales, Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)
  • Closely collaborate with the technical team for proper implementation of solutions.
  • Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Work closely with clients for successful project delivery.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and design scalable solutions in D365 F&O.
  • Configure and customize modules such as Finance, Procurement & Sourcing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure business continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O (or AX) Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in key modules: Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Business Process Knowledge.
  • Experience in Fit-Gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design.
  • Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small to medium implementation projects.
