Job Description
A leading platform is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to join its team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the frontend architecture using modern tools like Next.js and Vite, and leveraging the React ecosystem to create exceptional user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Vite, as well as hands-on experience with React ecosystem tools like React Query, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new features and UI components using React, Next.js, Vite, and the latest frontend tooling.
  • Utilize ecosystem tools such as React Query, Redux, Zustand, and other state/data management libraries to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
  • Optimize frontend performance with SSR/SSG, caching strategies, and code-splitting.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to bring ideas to life.
  • Uphold high standards in testing, code quality, and accessibility.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering.
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Vite.
  • Hands-on experience with React ecosystem tools like React Query, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS for styling and component-driven development.
  • Experience building forms with React Hook Form and schema validation using Yup or Zod.
  • Familiarity with Framer Motion for animations and creating delightful user experiences.
  • Solid grasp of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and design systems.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
