Job Opportunity: Implementation Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of our core product range within the scope of work packages through collaboration with internal teams.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Data Validation and Analysis: Validating, interpreting, and manipulating data to ensure its accuracy and integrity.
  • Reporting and Data Visualization: Building ad hoc reports using MRI Evolution tools to provide insights and trends in our business operations.
  • Data Management: Manipulating, importing, and extracting data using a working knowledge of the MRI Evolution tools to maintain data quality and consistency.
  • Expertise Development: Maintaining an expert level of knowledge of the Evolution software suite to stay up-to-date with the latest features and technologies.
  • Communication: Communicating technical information to suit the audience, including customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Escalating risks, issues, and complaints to relevant parties within the organization to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Workload Management: Managing workload to the agreed timeframe, ensuring any potential overruns are escalated to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Customer Expectation Management: Managing customer expectations on all project deliverables to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Sharing knowledge with colleagues and providing guidance to enhance team performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Software Implementation or data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Advanced Excel, to perform data analysis and visualization.
  • SQL Server: Knowledge of SQL Server to manage and manipulate data effectively.
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with Business Intelligent Tools such as Crystal/SSRS/Power Bi to create interactive reports and dashboards.
  • Configurable Software Solutions: Ideally, previous experience implementing configurable software solutions to drive business efficiency.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and methodical approach to work, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Education:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is required.
