This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing. As a Payscale Administrator, you will oversee timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.

• Payroll Operations: Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local income tax regulations.
• Income Tax & Statutory Compliance: File and manage payroll tax returns and liaise with government agencies and auditors for statutory audits and inspections.
• System & Process Management: Implement and maintain payroll systems and software to improve payroll efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of payroll specialists and compliance officers.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management and analyze payroll data to identify trends and discrepancies.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 13+ years of experience in payroll management. You must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong leadership capabilities, and high attention to detail and accuracy.
