Job Summary:

  • Perform and review daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual fund accounting functions as assigned.
  • Coordinate with different teams to perform various tasks on a timely basis.
  • Ensure ownership and accountability for accurate resolution of cash breaks.
  • Monitor the status of aged and significant breaks to ensure timely and accurate resolution by following up with stakeholders as required.
  • Act as the primary reviewer and quality assurance of deliverables produced by your team.
  • Calculate, book, and review deal-wise fees such as management, incentive, and carry fees as assigned.
  • End customer satisfaction and process efficiency are key performance indicators.
  • Keep customers informed about expected delays and reasons thereof in a timely manner along with a plan of action.
  • Ensure all deliverables are achieved as per defined timelines and with expected quality for our clients.
  • Participate in calls and meetings between teams, customers, or clients to set expectations right and document understanding gaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of various applications used to complete tasks.
  • Root cause analysis skills to resolve problems and escalate to managers as needed.
